1 pound Sweet Italian Sausage, casing removed
3/4 cup chopped red pepper
1 small onion
1 1/4 cups warm water (105 to 115)
Active Dry Yeast
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1/4 margine, softened
2 eggs at rom temperature
4 1/4 cups, all purpose flour
1 cup shredded mozzaarela cheese
